Bethany Beach New Hotel
Progress progress progress construction is moving nicely come on down check it out what happened here in Bethany Beach real states are happening, transactions are moving with settlements.
Typical Saturday - hit gym then to beach, checking out Bethany to have some lunch - planning on liquid assets for nice dinner.

FSBO - Are you serious?
Do you as a individual have the guts to knock on a door of a FSBO to see their house? Maybe 10% would - I would but 90% won't ... see my key rants on why FSBO and stuff you have no idea to handle.
Its happening ...slowly for some fast for others
